Lodge with us at our detached family home in Pollokshields. We live on the top floor and have space available for the right person/couple* Double room, kitchen and bathroom, shared lounge/garden. Currently furnished, fast broadband. The entire floor has been renovated recently and has under floor heating and polished concrete floors, restored sash windows and a air flow ventilation system. Cleaner every 2 weeks.

Property is a Victorian detached house in Glasgow's southside, beautiful gardens all around, loads of space and trees, wide tree lined avenue, quiet street but close to amenities/parks/city centre. Pollokshields E/W train stations <15 min walk. Shields Road subway is 15-20 min walk. Space to store bike/park car on street. Cycle to centre of Glasgow in 10-15 mins.

This is our family home, we are Gina (41), Andy (39) and our 3 children aged 1-5. We recently lost our dog :( but we would be happy to host other pets (no cats due to allergies). We are a friendly, relaxed bunch, the kids are typically boisterous and confident. We are happy to share with others and have done so since our late teens, enjoying meeting people travelling through. The rooms available are on the ground floor and you would have access via the rear of the property (pictured). We live in the top 2 levels of the house and use the ground floor for access to the rear garden. It's a big house and people who have stayed with us always say how quiet it is and a great spot. We are happy to have people stay for short or longer periods depending on need.
