4 Bed flat between glasgow west and city centre!

Hi, We have two double bedrooms available looking to sign the new lease around the 17th of May (exact date TBC) in a 4 bed flat available on sandyford place just off sauchiehall street near kelvingrove park! It’s a lovely location, close to both the West End and City Centre! The flat is fully furnished, has central heating, and a fully fitted kitchen. Currently there are 2 of us, a second year 19 year old UofG student, and a 3rd year student at the royal conservatoire aged 25.

The rooms are all very spacious with an open plan living room/kitchen, rent is only £375pcm , and with bills it’s only £405 each. There’s permit parking right outside where there’s generally spaces! There is one shared bathroom, but two of us have showers in our rooms so if you take room 1, you would only share the shower with one other. We are looking for someone preferably female, and a student for council tax purposes, and also longer term (6month+) who is fairly respectful of Covid rules ( we have a few friends/family round sometimes but not parties or big groups yet), and wants to be social with us, as well as also respecting others space and is clean and tidy!
