the rent is 350£
Electricity and high-speed broadband 50£
Council tax band F, 140£ a month. (This will be a bit cheaper if you're a student)
so in total is about 540£ for professionals or 500 for students, depending on council tax.
About me: I am 25 years old from Italy and I recently graduated from GCU. I'm very friendly and outgoing, I don't mind having people around every now and then, I'm always up for social activities.
the room will be available to move in from the 6th of June. the deposit payable is 350£ to our agency and you will be on the contract lease with me.
