we are 4 female friends looking for a 5th flatmate in a lovely flat in Garnethill (just off sauchiehall street).
The flat has 5 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room/kitchen. It is a very bright, spacious flat, and comes furnished. Our tenancy is due to start 1st September, and rent is £499 per person per month.
We are friendly and sociable people, and so love going out/drinking together in the flat. With that being said, we also enjoy our own space and as we are in 3rd/4th year of uni, need to be able to get our work done, We enjoy going for walks around the city, watching films and socialising.
We don't live in the flat right now, so can't really do viewings but if we felt like you were he right fit for us we could try and arrange something! We lived in the flat above this one last year, which has the same layout, so already know the flat pretty well!
