Spacious Central Glasgow Tenement Flat

My name is Cass and I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my spacious light-filled tenement flat in the west end, also near the city centre. It's a three bedroom flat and I'm on the second floor and share the space with my eleven year old son.

There are two bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living room space, although I do use the living room space for work at times. The double bedroom to rent is seen in images 1-3. Gas central heating, washing machine and dishwasher. Room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, wall mirror and chest of drawers. We have a communal garden in the back and we're a stone's throw from Kelvingrove Park. I'm based in Charing Cross, just next to The Mitchell Library. Close to bus lines and train stations. Also very close to Finnieston for good food, pubs and social life.

There's a Tesco on my street, a Co-op around the Corner and a Lidl a seven minute walk away. Tesco Metro and Marks and Spencers are a 15 minute walk into town.

I would love to find a flatmate that like to socialise occasionally, share the odd Netflix series, someone who would like to live with a friend, not just a flatmate. Good communication and clean and tidy in communal spaces is very important to me. Shared cleaning of communal places is expected.

Pets and couples are both a possibility but rent may need to be renegotiated for couples. LGBTQI+ are very welcome. My home is a safe space.

Offered on an all-inclusive basis, which includes gas, electric, council tax, wireless broadband, tv licence, and Netflix (tv in the sitting room). Deposit is one months rent (£625).
