Holding virtual/in person viewings in March, I am away at the moment but will try to reply to messages.

Double room available in cosy lower cottage flat. Nice private patio garden and shared drying green with above neighbours. 10min drive (20min cycle) to the west end for botanic gardens, Kelvingrove, Glasgow university etc.

The area is quiet and close to Possil marsh, the western necropolis, Lambhill stables and the canal. A great place to live if you like calm surroundings and being close to nature (especially dog friendly!) The room will be available in early 2022 as my current lodgers are moving out.

I am looking for a lodger to live with me in my comfy 3 bed lower flat. The room is furnished, good natural light. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.

I like to keep the living areas clean and tidy but I am not a total neat freak. If you are, that's alright with me. Open to hearing from any type of person and hoping to find someone who is considerate and honest. We can be pals who watch TV sometimes or if you're more the type to keep to yourself I'm happy to stay out of your way. Mutual respect and healthy boundaries are important.

I am part of the LGBTQ+ community and I'm happy to consider students, pets, retired, DSS, international, neurodivergent, disabled or couples. I am sorry to say that the flat is not wheelchair accessible currently as there are steps up to the front door but the interior and private garden are on the same level.

I work from home but am away sometimes so you will have the house to yourself on occasion. I have a chronic health condition so am sometimes needing to be away for long periods when I'm unwell. I'm vegan so would prefer vegetarian or vegan but it's not a requirement. I'm quite an informal person but don't take this as a sign of weakness, I'm kind but not a doormat.

It's a bonus for me if you like gardening, cooking, baking and growing food. I also enjoy gaming, movies and art. I'm happy to answer any questions about the house or me, feel free to get in touch. Photos will be uploaded soon!
