Furnished double bedroom in homely flat

Furnished double bedroom available from the 20th of May in a homely three bed flat!

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office type chair, and a bookcase. Some of the furniture has been updated since the photographs on the advert! As soon as I get a chance I will update these.

There is a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. The living room has a television with an AppleTV box through which you can access various subscription services (that you would be welcome to use!)

There is also a tidy garden shared between eight flats, in which there is a secure metal bike shed where you would be able to store a bicycle.

The flat has a good Wi-Fi connection, on-street parking, and good transport links with busses along Great Western Road to the West End or town, ~12 min train journey into Glasgow, and close to Clyde tunnel for motorway access. It is very close to multiple supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Morrison’s, M&S food). There is also a lot of green space nearby with parks and the canal.

You will be living with 2 girls. We both keep fairly busy but enjoy quiet evenings, gentle socialising after work, occasionally having people around for food and board games, going to the pub, watching films, and cups of tea. We also have a friendly flat cat.

Ideally looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and considerate. Ideally a professional to split council tax with but would consider students. Even better if you love spending time with a cat!

Rent is £600 per month, paid upfront for the month ahead, and includes broadband. Utilities are split three ways on receipt of the monthly bill. Share of council tax is approx £85 a month.

Would consider short term let of around 2-3 months . For short term let rent would be £150 per week with all bills included, with deposit of 2 weeks rent.
