Newly decorated furnished double room available

Hi everyone

I'm looking to rent out my 2nd bedroom. It is recently decorated. The paint is Dulux Mysterious Teal, a lovely dark blue/turquoise. The furniture in the room consists of a small wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a double bed. There are also drawers available for under the bed if you would like them. Additional storage can also be provided throughout the flat.

The flat is well kept, clean and tidy. It is a ground floor flat. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a medium sized hallway, a small kitchen with all the appliances you could need, a bathroom, a cosy living room with various shelf space available if needed, a large flat screen TV and an Xbox one.

The flat is located in a quiet and quite private spot well off the main road. There is almost no noise from traffic or passers by.

The building and grounds are also very well kept by the factors and there is also a charming communal garden area with benches, which is perfect once summer comes along.

The flat is located in a highly saught after area of Glasgow, Battlefield. It is a friendly neighbourhood with a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance.

The flat also benefits from being right next to Mount Florida train station and also very close to bus stops.

A bit about me: I'm Dean, I'm 32, I work full time in the railway. I am fairly quiet yet friendly and in my spare time I enjoy going for a pint, a coffee or for some dinner. I'm also creative and like to write music and do some photography.
