Bright double room available in Pollokshields

Hi there

I am looking for a clean, considerate and friendly person to share my home with.

Looking for short term let 2-3 months initially but open to extending this depending on how things go.

Flat available from Mid September.

Looking for someone in mid 30s at least.

Flat is situated on a nice vibrant street in a Victorian tenement. The room is bright, it has two windows. In terms of furniture, there is a double bed , desk, large wardrobe and shelving. There is also a gas fireplace, not currently working but it is a nice feature.
Desk can be removed/changed. The room has wooden flooring.

The flat is part of East Pollokshields quad so has direct access to some lovely shared community space.

The flat has all the usual mod cons, Wi-Fi, bath and access to a cellar (Good for bike storage).

Looking forward to hearing from some potential flat mates.
