The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood with a GORGEOUS view of the BBC and the Science Center. I have one double bedroom available from the 15th of January!

We are close to two subway stations and have a bus stop right outside the building.

Actual Tenant: My name is Heloise, 28 years old and a professional working in town. I'm easygoing and quiet, and I love meeting new people.

Future Tenant: I'm looking for a FEMALE who is willing to stay long-term, clean, and respectful.

- Electricity and Gas, if we consume more we would pay for the difference

There is no TV and so no TV Licence.

It will make a total of less than £590/ month.
