We are a couple, Mark and Marco, with a double room to rent in our home in Burnside. Room is furnished. Shared bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. We have a garden, which you will be able to make use of. There is on street parking. All bills included.
3 minute walk to train station. 15 minute walk to Rutherglen Main Street. 20 minute bus/train journey to central Glasgow. 2 minute walk to local park. 5 minute walk to Tesco. Nearby shops, cafes, take aways, pubs and restaurants. 10 minute drive to central Glasgow.
We both work. We are friendly and are looking for a flatmate we can hang out with but also respectful of need for own space.
We can't take students unfortunately.
