Mavisbank Gardens

I am renting out a room in my flat. The flat is located in Mavisbank Gardens which is next to the Springfield Quay. It is a short walking distance to Finnieston. The subway station (Shield Road) is about 10 minutes walking distance and there are a few bus stops nearby too. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The location is great for professionals. M8 and M74 are easily accessible.

The room that I am renting out comes with double bed, a desk, a chair, a TV, two bedside tables and a closet.

The flat itself has 2 bedrooms, one common room, one kitchen and one bathroom. I am a lived-in landlord so I am using the other room.

Rent is £400/month exclusive of council tax but inclusive of electric and internet. Council tax band D. I have been receiving discount for the council tax as a single person resident, but this might change depending on the status of renter.

Deposit is not necessary if you are planning to rent for short term only.

I am a 32 year old male originally from Malaysia. I am a doctor and I work away so I am not always available in Glasgow. At home, I usually spend my time playing video games in my room.
