Room to let from mid-july to mid-september

Hello, I'm leaving my cozy room in Carmyle (far east end of Glasgow) for summer and I look for someone interested to rent it for two months.

From 9th of July (morning) to 9th of September.

It's a single quiet room in the attic of a house in Carmyle. Everything is furnished, even the connected TV. We have a shared kitchen with the three flatmates and a shared washing machine. We even have a shared gym and I'm borrowing my bike during my absence.

You will have your own bathroom.

The landlady is living in the other part of the house so she's very available if something doesn't work properly.

You have a Farmfood just in front of the house and a LIDL not so far away (15mn by walk/5 mn by bike). The train station is only at 5 minutes of the house and go to the center in approximatively 15mn. You even have a lot of bus passing through Tollcross road.

It's a quiet place. You could have guest, of course, but no party.

Rent is 660 (charge included) for the two months + 200 bail. I don't rent the place for only one month and the two months rent has to be pay in one time.
