Hey I'm looking for a long term flatmate to rent secondary bedroom in the anniesland area of Glasgow. The area itself is beautiful & quiet.

10 min walk from Morrisons, train station, gym, Anniesland cross.

I'm very clean and relatively quiet.

I'm Looking for a Clean, chill, professional. non smoker.
Someone who takes care of the place they live in & helps with their share of weekly maintenance of shared spaces.
Prefer someone who works full time.
Male or Females welcome.

Flat comes with washing machine, secure entry, parking, gas oven, plenty of storage and gas Central heating.

You will have exclusive access to the master bathroom W/Bathtub. The only caveat for this is there isn't an actual shower stand built in but there is a shower head connected.

The room is quite spacious and comes with a single bed.
The rest of the room is unfurnished but I'm happy to help finding any furniture you need.
