I’m looking for a flatmate to move in to big, bright Georgian flat in Riddrie. The flat is located ten minutes away from Alexandra Parade and Denistoun, has good transport links and Alexandra Park is right on your doorstep. The flat is well kept and the close is quiet and clean.
I’m a teacher, so I’m usually busy on the weekdays but I’m also Irish, so I’m always up for a laugh on the weekends. I’d prefer if there’s no parties during the weekdays, but the odd one on a special occasion would be grand.
The flat would be ideal for postgrad students or professionals based in the city. The landlord allows pets too, and I’m an animal lover so there’s no problem there. There is also ample on-street parking if you drive.
