The Room:
This 16ft double room presents great natural lighting and is decorated in calming, neutral tones, creating a cosy living environment all year round. The room's original windows have recently been replaced with double-glazed glass, these are brand new and highly secure.

- New and unused duvet set, fitted sheet, decorative pillows and a throw. (all brand new)

The room also comes with decorative features – a print, frame, plants, vase etc – however these can be removed if undesired.

The flat:
The lounge offers a warm, relaxed, and well-kept environment - perfect for chilling and chatting. The lounge also accommodates a large dining table and bench set for all things food related and, of course, the occasional boardgame or two. The kitchen and bathroom areas are standard sized, and there will be areas allocated in both for the tenant's food/toiletries ect. The tenant will also have access to the washing machine in the kitchen.

A little bit about me:
I’m a young professional in full time employment. I’m currently working as a Digital Content Creator for the University of Stirling, I spend 2/5 days in the office and the remaining time working from home. I’m a laid-back person who gets on with most people. I go to the GYM, I love movie nights, anything outdoors, good chats, and the occasional night out. But I also respect and appreciate time on my own. I love seeing the flat well presented, so I’m naturally quite a tidy person and I’m looking for a flat mate to share these values.

Rent and Bills:
Rent is £625 per month - Bills not included.
Bills will be calculated at the end of each month and divided equally between whoever takes the room, and myself. Council tax band B
