I'm looking for a female flatmate, preferably a professional to split council tax with (band D). I'm a software tester and mostly work from home. I'm pretty quiet and chilled out, and spend my down time playing games, going for walks and going for food/drinks. Looking for a likeminded clean and tidy flatmate who is sociable and friendly.

The room is a double with a private bathroom and built in wardrobes. It is available to rent from mid-September. The modern two-bedroom first floor property is next to Glasgow Royal Infirmary and the Necropolis and within walking distance of the City Centre and universities.

The flat is light and airy with an open plan kitchen and living room with double doors onto a French balcony. The modern fitted kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, washing machine and large fridge freezer. It is very warm with gas central heating and double glazing, and has a secure entry system.
