Lovely double room in Crookston

Hi! I’m Alanna and I’m currently looking for a flatmate in my 2 bed flat in Crookston. Rent is £500 per month including bills (see bottom). Move in date would be around the 10th September but this is flexible.

About the room:
Fully furnished with a small double bed, desk, above bed storage, and built in double wardrobes with a small set of drawers. There’s also a tall IKEA set of drawers to be built if needed.

About the flat:
The flat is a good-sized, 2 bed, 1st floor flat. There is no lift so not accessible. The whole place is bright and airy with nice fresh decor. The living room is cosy with a 3 seater sofa, armchair, lots of storage, and lots of plants. The tv in there has Netflix which you’re welcome to use. The large kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table. Bathroom is only about a year old so nice and fresh with storage too. Parking is available on the street outside.

About the area:
The flat is a 3 min walk to Crookston train station where there are trains to Glasgow central every half hour (takes about 15 min), and the same in the opposite direction to Paisley Canal (one stop away). There are plenty of shops and some restaurants a 10 min walk away on Paisley Road West (where there are also lots of buses into Glasgow), and a Scotmid round the corner. There’s also a lovely park nearby (Rosshall) and some walks and cycle routes. The area is pretty quiet and I’ve never had any issues.

About me:
I’m 29, vegan (would prefer if you are too, or veggie), quite introverted but would like to be friends with whoever moves in. I enjoy watching movies, cooking, and going for nice walks and drives. I have ‘joint custody’ of a little Jack Russell and I’m also a dog walker/boarder so there will be (well behaved) pups in the flat occasionally. The flat is my own so I take pride in keeping it nice and tidy and would expect the same in return.

Bills included: Half share of council tax (band B), gas, electric, WiFi, Netflix in living room, window cleaning.
