Double room ground floor flat in the east end of Glasgow.
Currently, internet is around £20 a month each, electricity around £30 and gas around £20 each a month (with everything going on these might rise), with council tax at £80 - Band B.
Preferably not looking for a student flat mate as cba having to pay all of the council tax each month, however will consider it.
I've lived in the flat for the past 2 and a half years after moving in through spareroom and have loved it, my current flat mate has now bought her first house, and as such I am looking to find someone to replace her, as I had once replaced someone before. I work full time in town and spend half of the time at my partners, however when I am back in the flat I love to cook or go out for drinks/giggs.
The flat is located in a great location, within walking distance to town and also with great transport links.
3 minute walk away from Alexandra parade station.
3 minute walk away from Alexandra park.
Lidl and Audi around 15 minutes away each, and a coop and Iceland about 5 minutes away.
Frequent bus routes into the city from Alexandra Parade again around 3 minutes away.
