I have a bright double room for rent, located on Queen Street, right in the city centre of Glasgow. The flat is in a great central location, 5 minutes from either train station and subway stop.
The room and flat are fully furnished, the room has a wardrobes, a bed, and a desk with a chair. The main kitchen and living room has lots of space with all the essentials - plenty of storage, a new washing machine, a dishwasher, and a TV.
My brother and I share the flat, we have both recently graduated from University and are both young professionals, so will be out the flat at work for the majority of the week. We both like to keep busy with sports, fitness and seeing friends, and we are both very sociable and approachable.
We are looking for a friendly and easygoing flatmate that will be respectful for each others space. We also like to keep the communal areas fairly tidy. We are ideally looking for other young professionals, but students will be considered also.
