Room to rent

Hi there!
I am living in a 2 bedroom and would love to find someone to share with me.
The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom and is very spacious. There is a lot of storage space.
I moved in when it was unfurnished, so bits and pieces are still missing. The empty room (yours) is unfurnished so you can make the room your own like a blank canvas.
I am outgoing and have a bubbly personality. I am vegetarian, but as long as you clean up after yourself I do not mind at all. I am a very tidu person and expect the flat to stay clean. I do have a full time job and play football twice a week. I love cooking and baking so you can expect to help me eat cinnamon rolls and sourdough bread coz i cannot finish that all by myself ;)
It is really really important to me to find someone I get along with. This should not be a place where you just crash but a home. I am respectful of your personal space and alone time but would love to do things together as well. (And hope you are too)
Because of council tax reasons I do NOT want to share with STUDENTS, flat is in Band B.
Bills are not included!
