Double room in chilled and cosy southside flat.

About the flat -

The room is large and furnished. Storage under bed as well as on top of and inside wardrobe.

I'll provide a little budget for any soft furnishings etc to make the room feel more homely.

Parking in the area is on street and currently not metered.

The flat is chill and cosy. I've departed my loud party era.

Kitchen is fully stocked; I love cooking and would love a flatmate who is also up for diving in.


Dennis the Dog = I share my dog with a former partner and he will occasionally be with me. He's a lovely 4 year old lab and is brilliant. It would be lovely to have a bit of help for walks etc here and there.

About me -

I'm a full time musician and work in a variety of fields. This means my schedule is quite changeable so sometimes I'll be in a lot and others not, therefore I don't think a work from home situation would work for me.

I'd love a flatmate who has an interest in all sorts of music and culture etc.

I love cooking - think Ottolenghi stuff - and enjoy fancy wines so it would be nice to occasionally share a meal and a bottle. I will also never say no to a Tennent's and chips.

Entertaining - I have a friend or two over for dinner now and then and you can do this as well though I'd say in general I like a nice quiet flat! I'm a drummer by trade so my work life is noisy and I like the opposite at home.

I'm 100% one of the 'Guardian-reading, tofu-eating wokerati' and whilst our politics can be kept private I'd prefer to have someone in my home who is on the left of the political spectrum.

Also goes without saying that I would welcome someone who is LGBTQ+

Expectations -

Someone who is respectful, tidy and up for eating.

Note - I have no room for any other items in the flat so it's a case of what you can fit into the room.
