The Number 3, 9, 9A, 17, 34 and 38 buses also run close to the flat with frequent services to Glasgow City Centre, Govan, Paisley, Mount Florida/Shawlands and the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Plenty of parking spaces on the street if you have a car.

The bedroom is available now and rent will be charged on a monthly basis. Most bills included except energy and council tax (band c) which the tenant would be expected to pay half of. This property would suit a professional who works at the nearby hospital and/or would like to be close to a range of amenities and excellent public transport connections to Glasgow City Centre, Govan, Paisley and Glasgow Airport.
