Double bedroom in spacious tenement flat

Hi! Looking for a new flatmate to take over my flatmate's room. It's a lovely double bedroom in a spacious two bedroom flat in Kinning Park, and it's available from the 23rd August.

You'd be sharing the flat with me, I'm a web developer so I mostly work from home, and I'm a fairly quiet and tidy flatmate. I enjoy cooking, cycling, board/video games, reading, art and tinkering with (ok, breaking) electronics. Ideally I'm looking for someone who would want to make the flat their home rather than just a base of operations, who understands giving each other our own space but is happy to socialise and maybe share a meal now and then!

The furniture shown in the room belongs to my previous flatmate, so the room itself will be unfurnished and there will be space for any furniture you might want to bring. The rest of the flat is furnished. 🙂

Rent is £465pm, council tax and bills are extra. The flat is council tax band B (around £65 each), internet is £15 each pm, and electricity/gas is roughly £60-70 each pm. Students are very welcome, but would have to contribute 25% of the council tax.

The flat is in a nice location just off Paisley Road West and very handy for the subway (~10 mins to city centre or west end). Plenty of on-street parking available.
