Summer sublet in Glasgow southside :)

Subletting my furnished double room in my gorg flat while I’m working away for a few months this summer.

The flat is in Mount Florida, 2 minutes away from the train station so it’s really easy to get into town. There’s a cute cafe downstairs from us and a Tesco right across the road. There are loads of other nice shops, cafes, pubs etc nearby and it’s not a far walk to get to shawlands and Queen’s Park.

It’s always easy to get parked right outside the flat. The only time you can’t is when there’s an event or football on at hampden which isn’t very often!

You’d be living with Isabell who works in TV and is out the flat for work, so could be suitable for someone who’s WFH.

Just looking to find someone chilled out, friendly and tidy to enjoy the flat while I’m away.

The rent includes council tax so would only be WiFi and gas/electricity to pay each month which tend to be £80 max.
