The flat has its own outdoor spaces at the front, which has a bench and plants and flowers, the and back, which has an out-house, garden furniture, and airer for drying laundry.

The flat comes with access to gorgeous residents-only private gardens with picnic tables, just 2-minutes from flat. The area has restaurants, bars and easy transport links to the city centre.

I'm a busy business owner with yoga and fitness studios. The flat would suit someone who lives a relatively quiet life at home - even if you love going out! - but respects the flat as work/rest space.

It would suit a professional person, who likes to come home and chill, or a student whose main focus is to complete their studies. No preferred age, race, gender or orientation - all welcome.

There is also a possibility for couples/friends to rent the space (£1500 monthly for 2 people).
