I'm moving out of this lovely flat and looking for someone to move into my room. It's a beautiful room in a gorgeous, spacious flat, in the heart of Shawlands!
This second floor tenement flat is five minutes from Queens’ park, surrounded by many great cafes, and within a walking distance to several train stations. It has a spacious, bright kitchen/living room, and a shared garden. The flat is in great condition.
Rent is £420 pcm plus bills (Council Tax Band C).
The flat is rented directly from a landlady, who is planning to move back in January 2027. However, there may a possibility to extend the tenancy.
You'd be sharing the flat with my flatmate and her cat. We are looking for a calm, mature person, who loves cats. We'll be having viewings on the 1st of March so you could meet them both in person. :)
