Large double room available on Kenmure street, Pollokshields. The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom Victorian tenement that has been recently refurbished. The space will be shared for approx 10 days per month, the rest of the time you will have the flat to yourself.

The flat is a 20 minute walk from the city centre and is a 5 minute walk from Pollokshields East train station and Shields Road subway station as well as regular bus services from Pollokshaws Road.

The price includes rent, council tax and internet, and is paid monthly, The only bills not included in the price shown is for gas and electricity, which will be split monthly on an ad-hoc basis depending on how much is used.

About me/the flat
I'm a 37 year old professional that lives the majority of my time on the Isle of Mull. I'm back in Glasgow from time to time (every 2 weeks for a few days approx.) during this time I use the flat as a base for myself and my family, the rest of the time you will have the place to yourself.
