I have a double room available in a lovely Southside tenement flat.
Short term let but potential for extension.

It's got a brand new kitchen (fully equipped), decent sized bathroom and shower as well as lovely bright dual aspect living room. Washing pulley too!

Amazing transport links- less than a minutes walk to Cathcart station and approx 12 mins into Glasgow Central. Plenty of buses going through into town and onwards to the West End.

5 minute walk to the gorgeous Linn Park.

Groceries, bakery and coffee shop on the doorstep.

Open to people with pets, preferably professionals or post-grad students.

I am a mature student and don't pay council tax. You would get a discounted council tax as a professional, but I'm not 100% sure how much.

You will have the flat mostly to yourself - I am away on and off for a big chunk of the summer!
