Due to changes in circumstances, I have had to split my time between Glasgow and abroad, meaning that i will seldom be at the flat. The ad is for two bedrooms in an entire flat which you will have full access to for yourself!

Move in: December 21st onwards

About the Flat:

Location: it’s super close to Kinning Park station – about a 1-min walk. Plus, there's Kinning Park itself right behind the property.

Facilities: The flat is furnished with a TV, sofa and all the anemeties. We've got a powerful shower, a kitchen with all the essentials (fridge, oven, lots of storage), and a living room with a large TV, a comfy sofa, and a dining table.

Bills: All bills are included in the rent, except for electricity, which is on a top-up meter. There are energy saving electric heaters and boilers so the electricity bill usually is around £25 (summer) to £50 (winter)

Outdoor Space: There's a communal garden for when you want some fresh air, and we have parking space too.

Tenancy Length: The room is available for anywhere between 12 months to on a rolling basis
