Double Room(s) in Spacious Pollokshields Flat

Hello!

The room available is a standard sized double room within a large conveniently located flat in Pollokshields. It is near both south side and city centre with excelent public transport links (bus stop directly outside flat and train less than 10 mins walk is only 1 stop to central!)

There is option of taking the ensuite room for extra; and a third bedroom that is available if needed (I currently use it as an office)

There is large kitchen and large shared living room; as well as a semi personal bath room (I use ensuite).

I have had couples in the past staying and typically add 50% for this.

There is a garage that I currently have kitted out with a mini gym of sorts that you would be free to use; or if you required space for car could offer at an extra cost.

I am currently working as a data analyst but have previously had students and the main thing is looking for someone laid back but who does like to socialise a bit and enjoy a glass of wine or two (though the flat is big enough it's good to have your own personal space too).
