A space has just opened up in our flat for a fourth housemate. It's situated on the edge of the Claypits by the canal, 4 bedroom maisonette with bathroom, kitchen, living room and back garden and full utilities (washing machine and tumble dryer, oven, shower and bath). We have updated/improved a little since the photos taken (living room rearranged).
Rent is £600 per month with bills at around £35 per month. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
