Home owner is kind friendly and will let you have your space as he works 12 hour shifts 3 days a week as a carer he's 23 and bisexual I hope that won't be a problem he has 0 sleeping pattern and likes to sing as it's his own therapy so keep that in mind when applying for this post.
Besides that he gets on with everyone and won't hold a grudge he will say it how it is and sort it otherwise its a no go and your in the bad books unfortunately but I'm sure that won't happen.
The bedroom itself needs some work both flooring and walls need updating if you can't wait to move in I'd be more than happy to let you decorate yourself.
