Looking for someone that would enjoy shared meals, going out to gigs/club nights on occasion and generally up for sharing lives a bit. We do have a black cat called Yumi who lives here too, information for those that may be allergic.
The flat is located on the junction of Albert Avenue and Victoria Road, next to the cycle path and Queens Park Station. The living room and kitchen are both light and open, with great people watching views of the Viccy Road.
The room going for rent is in the front of the property. It is Available from April 1st 2024 to March 30th 2025, the tenancy type is a lodgers agreement.
