I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom but would consider renting the entire property. I travel for work and won't be back much at all this year after the 29th April so if you do just rent the bedroom you're pretty much getting the entire property to yourself.
It's bright and modern with a really spacious living room. My bedroom has an en-suite so you would have sole access to the main bathroom. It's right by Tollcross Park and Carntyne train station (15 mins to Queen Street), has plenty of shops around including Glasgow Fort and Glasgow Forge and has free public parking out front and secure parking in the back and is close to both the M74 and M8 (under 15 mind drive to the city centre). The neighbours are quiet and I have never had any issues with them and the area is safe enough that I comfortably walk to/from the shops and train station alone at night.
