Lovely house and garden with great transport links

South aspect of room available

Hi all, just available as my house mate is moving back to Italy and my daughter is studying away.
Lovely house , 5 mins walk from the train which is 15 mins to city centre, QEU hospital 1 mile away, south side 20 mins cycle, west end in 10 minutes, just a perfect location to get around all of Glasgow.
Bellahouston Park a short walk away with Pollock Park just beyond. Quiet green space at the end of the street, with a grass area just across the road to sit under some trees and read a book in the summer, or build a snowman in the winter.
I also have a walled in secure high fenced rear garden, with fruit trees and a variety of growth, with attracts loads of birds and the odd squirrel.
Private driveway out front for parking.
Very warm and cosy place with a tv / living room AND a dining/ day bed/ reading room.
My daughter visits during the holidays, I am away lots working at festivals over the summer, and weekends away often with motorbike highland tours, I work in the city midweek
Available from next week one or possibly 2 rooms.

Get in touch for all the details and to get a feel, I would be open to a try and see approach, as I know that I am fantastic to live with but you would not at this point know that. I pretty much an open book, equally happy to keep myself to myself.
I have lived with lots of people and hosted years of Airbnb, so, easy to a good laugh and know when to leave well alone.
