Hi. Looking for someone to replace me in my current flat in Glasgow. I am living with another Filipina female professional.

The flat is 2br with unfurnished bedroom, living room (we use the smaller room as spareroom) and 1 toilet&bath. The kitchen is furnished with washer, electric oven & range, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and rice cooker. Open parking is also available.

The room you will be occupying is the main bedroom, with built-in hanging closet, and I can sell you my bed frame, mattress and some stuff for real cheap, all I bought for less than a year.

Flat is located 20-30 mins from Glasgow city centre with bus stop across and a 3-min walk to Yoker station. It is very near to Clydebank Shopping centre (2min train, 7min bus). It is 3min away from Lidl and Spar (24 hrs). Lots of bus that operate within the area.

Share in monthly expenses are as follows:
-Rent 375
-council tax 92 (Direct debit at 117, difference should be refunded by gcc after tenancy/year)
-elctricity 75 (average), at winter ~90
