Double Bedroom for rent in East End

Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate for the spare double bedroom in the ground floor flat I’m in, based in Riddrie with street parking and it's right next to Alexandra Park - nearest train station is Alexandra Parade at a 15m walk and there's multiple bus stops a 2 minute walk from the flat that can get you into town, no big shops in walking distance but plenty corner shops.

Rent is £400, security deposit is £600 (1.5 months' rent) and bills between council tax, wifi and energy is ~£160 each so everything's about £560 each per month regularly. Renting through an agency so would need to have references for them/go through a check.

As for me I'm tidy and always clean behind myself but I'm not bothered about someone else not being mega-clean. Bedroom comes with a bedside drawer but the main desk/tall drawers was bought by flatmate so that wont come with the room.

As far as I know the landlord/agency would consider pets as long as damages paid for etc etc, I also catsit if you're a cat-lover!
