Spacious double Room for rent

Hi,

I am shonie very easy going and friendly, my home majority of the time is quiet, tidy and calm happy for use to equally share space I want future housemate to feel welcome & at home, enjoy house as much as I do and of course be respect your space,

I currently have 2 bedroom house it is old build with spacious rooms, I do have 2 large dogs (Weimaraners) must be fine with dogs they are friendly large dogs,

I am willing negotiate rent price/deposit,

I do work from home a lot will be in most of time to look after my fur babies and out most weekends either socialising or working nights in pub,

spare room has become available with improved laminated flooring aim to get better photos posted, the room is empty unfurnished room ready for future housemate to move into, if anything like change please let me know happy to accommodate as hoping to give walls fresh paint,
