Single room in newly renovated flat. I am going away for contract from work and my room will be available from 4th of May until 4th of JANUARY 2025 (Please take note of that).
I am looking for someone who would get along with flatmates that already live in the flat. We bonded very well and we do stuff together like going to films. Flat is very clean and calm, therefore it would be important to respect that.
We are open for friends around as long as you give us a shout. Animals to be considered. We are all vegetarians however if you eat meat it’s not a big deal, just handle that with respect ( clean, throw away outside etc.)
Flat has a garden and it’s 1 min away from Hillington East station. Aldi and other shops 10-15’ away by walk. GP 5’ away.
