Flatshare with two girls in Anniesland (GWR)

Hiya! We’re looking for someone who’d like to take up our spare room (in the Anniesland part of GWR) as unfortunately our last Flatmate has had to move back home. We’re both fairly chatty and sociable girls! We’d love someone who is able to tidy after themselves as we have had quite the experience previously. The flat is super chill - with a few up occasionally at the weekends. The room posted is the largest in the flat with a fireplace and window that faces GWR. We are a 7 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop which takes you directly into town. We are also a 5 minute walk from a Morrisons, Lidl, Gym and Costa.

Rent is £460 a month with bills included - however electricity is not covered in this. As our meter is not a smart meter, we take turns going and topping it up. We typically put £45 a month - so £15 each month. Our lease ends in September of this year, we have considered renewing it but this would be a discussion for a later date. A deposit is not needed as it has already been paid previously.
