Hey!

We are Bridie and Betta, two young professionals looking for a female flatmate to join our flat on Paisley Road West Halfway!

The room is partially furnished with a Wardrobe and a mattress. This means that you will need to obtain your own bed frame.

Rent is £330 a month, with bills coming to £30. The flat is under Council Tax Band C, which will be split three ways, coming to £60 per person /month.

We're looking for a young professional to move in beginning of May. This is a short-term, sub-letting arrangement as me and Betta are looking to move around September time.

Betta and I are friendly and love spending time chatting, relaxing, and watching TV. We're a collaborative household that appreciates communication and personal space.

The flat is located next to Bellahouston Park, ammenities within 5 minutes walking distance (transport, shops, gym). It's a really peaceful area and is only 10 minutes from Southside and 25 minutes to the West End and City Centre by public transport.
