Looking for a female flatmate ASAP!

Hi all, I have set a deposit for an apartment in Dennistoun, and am looking for a flatmate to join me. The property is very close to Alexandra parade station, the total rent is £1100 a month, I will be taking the smaller room and be paying £500, looking for a nice respectful flatmate to take the other room at £600 (excluding bills). The deposit will be £1200, and split between two £600 each.

The intially tenancy will be for 6months and can extend. Am happy to take someone who needs somewhere urgently for a short time too :)

mature students are welcome to join me, but we would need to split the council tax, the band is B.

A bit about me, I am non smoker, tidy professional. I like having a a house that feels like home to both of us, where we can just lay our heads after a long day of work. Happy to chat when we have time, and overall just feel like friends who can also respect each others space and alone time. I work quite long hours so will be out the whole day 3-4days every week. I like having friends and family stay every few months, and my boyfriend to pop over.
