Room Available in Central Glasgow

Hi,

A room is available in Tradeston. The room has a double bed, desk and built in wardrobe.

The other 2 rooms have ensuites so you will have access to your own shower and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, washing/drying machine, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen items.

The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from Glasgow Central Station/St Enoch and 20 minutes to George Square. Supermarkets and other amenities are close by.

Free residential parking is also included.

Council tax is £80 a month each (tax band E) and electricity bills are split evenly 3 ways (usually about £25 each). Wifi is included.

About the exisiting housemates:
A 28 year old male from New Zealand (live in landlord), who works as a civil engineer.

A 26 year old male from China, who works in the energy sector.

We’re both very chill and are in and out of the house often. We both enjoy socialising and have various interests (travel, outdoors, sports and comedy). One of us is vegetarian, so bonus points if you are too but not a deal breaker.

Both males and females are welcomed and this is a queer friendly flat (one of us is queer).
