Rent is £650 including broadband (other utility bills and council tax band D not included). Deposit would 2 months of rent (negotiable for short lets).

You will be sharing the flat with my flatmate Siyuan and her two cute quail birds. The birds live in her room and are not in shared areas. A bit about her: "Hey! I am Siyuan, 26, a research associate in particle physics in the university of Glasgow. I’m fairly quiet in the flat and travel often due to my job requirements, but I do like to cook and share it with the people around me. It will be a great plus if you like birds!"
