I've got a spacious double bedroom up for grabs in our 2-bedroom flat, just a 15-20 minute bus ride from the city centre. You'll love the convenience of Tesco and the bus stop right at the door. There's no council tax as we've already been granted an excuse as we're both students which is why I'm more interested in a student flatmate. The kitchen is fully equipped and my favourite spot in the house. Broadband is included in the rent which is just 480, and we'll sort out energy bills together usually around 40 pounds PCM (P. S. looking to reduce this usage since it's summer). Sadly, my current flatmate's heading back to Estonia, so I'm looking for someone new.
