Cosy spare room in Southside

This spare bedroom is available from around early-mid July time (date TBC) as my current flatmate is moving out. The flat is a beautiful tenement in the Southside of Glasgow right next to Queens Park. This is a lovely area with many great local shops and fun cafes/restaurants nearby. On street parking is available if needed. Queen’s Park train station is very close by so very good transport links. The shared living room is very spacious and has comfortable sofas. Council tax band-C

The bedroom available will be furnished although different furniture will be provided compared to what is shown in the image. The property already has wifi installed and has gas central heating.

About me: I’m a chilled out and clean person who likes to socialise but also likes his own space. I work full time from home as an assistant psychologist so privacy and quiet during work hours is a must. In my spare time I like to go to the local gym or quite often go to the cinema. My boyfriend often stays at weekends so LGBT friendly is necessary.
