The room comprises of double bed, desk with chair, 2 wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, bedside table and a plenty of space. With windows facing south, you get as much sunlight as you can get in Scotland.

The flat is a 4 bed without living room. You will be sharing with 3 other flatmates who are students at GCU and UofG. It's on the 2nd floor in a Victorian style building, so its quite spacious, but there is no lift access. Kitchen is a decent size with 2 fridges and it is fully equipped, there is a storage room as well.

The location has plenty of small businesses around, including takeaways, corner shops, hairdressers, gym etc and is perfect for commuting as the bus stop is right in front of the flat and subway is just 3 min walk away.

The room will be available from June, but if you need to move in bit earlier it can be arranged.
