The flat is an airy 2-bedroom on the first floor of a traditional blonde Glasgow tenement.

Your bedroom is at the rear of the flat, south-facing onto the community garden for generous sun throughout the seasons. I redecorated the bedroom less than a year ago with new carpets, fresh paint and curtains handmade by my mum! The room is furnished with a quality double bed, shelves and clothes rail; I can provide additional furniture if you wish.

The best room in the flat has to be the kitchen, boasting a long worktop providing ample space for the most ambitious cooks. Also south-facing, it fills with sunlight and makes the best space in the flat for hanging out in.

At the front of the flat is my bedroom and also the living room. This is the largest room in the flat and comes with a big telly, record player and hi-fi. It is the ultimate chill-out destination.

The bathroom is great: good shower and bath, bright and easy to keep clean. It is also external with a window so easy to keep fresh. The hallway is right at the middle of everything, feel free to keep your bike here which is essential to southside living.
