Kyle Park House, Unite Students (3 months - 125pw)

I am looking for someone (student) to take over my tenancy at Kyle Park House, Unite Students. The lease ends on the 30th of August. The accommodation is at a 10 minute walk to both Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Strathclyde. They have a pool table, cinema room, car park, laundry service, vending machine, bike storage, common area, communal study space and PlayStation area on the property. All bills are included (water, heating, electric, wifi).

The en-suite room is 13 m2 with a ¾ size of the bed. There is a desk chair, desk, wardrobe, mirror, curtains, bin, notice board, and under-bed storage as well. Furthermore, the flat has a shared kitchen/living room space which is shared amongst other 3 students. There are breakfast bars, cooking hobs, fridge, freezer, ironing board, iron, microwave, oven, sofas, etc.

Moreover, the people on site are very friendly and helpful.
